Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex projects related to the deployment of Smart Airport Systems solutions. The role involves full management of technological and operational projects in an international airport environment, including the coordination of multidisciplinary teams and collaboration with partners and airport authorities.

Responsibilities

Project Management

Lead and coordinate complex projects related to smart airport technologies
Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables
Ensure compliance with deadlines, budgets, and quality requirements
Plan and manage the resources required for project execution

Stakeholder Management

Act as the main point of contact for clients, airport authorities, and partners
Coordinate internal teams (engineering, operations, sales, support)
Ensure smooth communication between all stakeholders

Project Monitoring and Execution

Monitor project progress and ensure milestones are achieved
Identify risks and implement mitigation plans
Supervise project budgets, contracts, and resources
Ensure compliance with safety standards and aviation regulations

Reporting and Continuous Improvement

Provide regular reports to senior management
Track project performance indicators (KPIs)
Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management  methods and processes

Candidate Profile

Education

Engineering degree or Master’s degree in engineering, aeronautics, transportation, project management, or a related field

Experience

Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in project management
Experience in aeronautics, mobility, transportation, or complex infrastructure sectors
Experience in deploying technological or industrial solutions

Required Skills

Excellent project management and leadership skills
Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary and international teams
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, Jira, or equivalent)
Fluent English is required; knowledge of an additional language is a plus
