Description

The Sales Support Coordinator (Bid Manager) leads and coordinates the entire process of responding to strategic international tenders. He/she acts as the interface between sales, technical, financial, and legal teams to ensure the quality, compliance, and competitiveness of proposals. He/she actively contributes to structuring processes, continuous improvement, and the overall commercial performance of the organization.

Mission

Within the Engineering department, you provide technical support on the electrical aspects of our projects. You contribute to the design, validation, and optimization of electrical solutions, while ensuring coordination with internal teams and external partners.
Your role is key to guaranteeing the technical compliance, reliability, and performance of our systems.

Responsibilities

Tender Management:

Analyze technical, commercial, and contractual specifications
Organize and manage the full tender response process
Coordinate internal teams (engineering, production, finance, legal, sales administration)
Ensure deadlines are met and deliverables are of high quality
Prepare and consolidate submission documents and presentations
Lead feedback processes and contribute to continuous improvement

Process Structuring & Improvement:

Implement and optimize tools and processes for tender management
Standardize documents and develop a structured knowledge base
Contribute to improving win rates and overall commercial performance

Contractual Support & Internal Coordination:

Participate in the preparation and review of contractual documents
Verify compliance with commercial terms and conditions
Ensure administrative follow-up and internal coordination of projects

Profile required

Higher education degree (engineering school, business school, or equivalent)
Proven experience (3 to 7 years) in bid management, ideally in an industrial or technical environment
Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams
Excellent organizational and analytical skills
Fluent English required (minimum C1); an additional language is a plus
Autonomy, rigor, and strong sense of responsibility
